Free cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. Please contact us via WhatsApp to cancel.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity may be subject to charges depending on the operator. We will inform you when you book.
Weather and safety
If an activity is cancelled by the operator due to weather or safety reasons, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
